Shipping policy

ORDER Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipping information and tracking number. It may take a moment before tracking becomes active.

PAYMENT We accept iDeal, Maestro, Visa and MasterCard for payments.

SHIPPING All artworks are handmade and made to order. Once an order is placed, we start the making process. Depending on the item, shipping will take place when the item is ready, typically within 3 business days after completion. Any damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery, accompanied by a detailed description and photos. All international shipments are sent with delivery confirmation. The buyer assumes responsibility for items lost during international shipping.

RETURN & CANCELLATION All artworks are handmade and made to order. As these are personalised items, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). If you wish to cancel your order before production has started, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order at info@edithbeurskens.com or via our contact page.

EXCHANGE We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damage.

REFUND If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
