Shipping policy

ORDER
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. When your order will be shipped you will receive an e-mail with your shipping information and tracking number. It can take a moment before you can track your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

PAYMENT
We accept iDeal, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard and Paypal for payments. You can shop with confidence from www.edithbeurskens.com, knowing that transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption.

SHIPPING
Once an order is placed we start the print & painting process. Any damage needs to be reported within two days accompanied by detailed description of damage and photos. All international shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.

RETURN
Items can not be returned, since they are all hand made. An order can be cancelled within 7 days. We offer you a refund of the full amount. In some cases it's possible to exchange your order for another artwork. If there is a problem after shipping, please contact us directly so we can solve the issue. EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are detective or damaged.

REFUND
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed from the moment the order is received at the office. CONTACT
