Payment & Shipping
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We plan your order to print at the 3D printer. After a couple of days the print will be ready and we start with the finishing touch.
When your order will be shipped you will receive an e-mail with your shipping information and tracking number. It can take a few hours before you can track your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
We accept iDeal, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard and Paypal for payments. You can shop with confidence from www.edithbeurskens.com, knowing that transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption.
Once an order is placed we start the print & painting process and we will try to ship your order within 14-18 days. Please notify us if you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks at email@example.com. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Any damage needs to be reported within two days accompanied by detailed description of damage and photo’s. All international shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.
Items can not be returned, since they are all hand made. But an order can be cancelled within 3 days. We offer you a refund of the full amount.
We only replace items if they are detective or damaged.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed from the moment the order is received at the office.
