RETURN All artworks are handmade and made to order. As these are personalised items, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). However, if you wish to cancel your order before production has started, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order at info@edithbeurskens.com or via our contact page.

EXCHANGE We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damage.

REFUND If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request or the returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
