We ship to most countries is Europe, USA, UAE and some in Asia. Please check if your country is available in the checkout page.

For shipping we use UPS (express daver). We ship worldwide. Shipping with UPS mostly takes between 1 to 8 days after the package was picked up at the atelier.

Because all artworks are handmade, there is no precise schedule of the timing the artwork is ready for shipping. Keep in mind the information per size mentioned on the product page. After the package is picked-up by UPS, you will receive a confirmation email with track & trace code.

You can make changes to your order only within 3 days after ordering.

It's possible to pay with several creditcards, Paypal and Ideal.

If you have a giftcard, it's possible to use the code in the checkout page.

Yes, it works with all plans.

No, we’ve designed the theme to be as intuitive to use as possible and we have also provided step-by-step instructions inside our theme description.

We aim to give feedback to all requests within 24 hours, but please allow 1-2 business days for the response. Our support team is primarily based in the UTC +7 and is available during standard business hours. We have a weekend staff to answer basic queries too.

We don’t offer telephone or video call support as of now.
